Please join us for a night of food, fun, and friendly competition benefitting Alabama Gymnastics. Friday November 27th 6-9 PM, Coleman Coliseum.

Friday Night Heights and Bites returns for the 2025 Alabama Gymnastics season. The season-long promotion features pre-meet dinners at the Athletics Dining Facility prior to the start of each home meet throughout the season.

Tickets may be purchased for an individual meet or the entire season. Check out their website: http://www.bamagymnastics.org. We remember Coach Ashley Johnston's visit to our Bama Bound Freshman Send-Off. CrimsonAti is joining other alumni chapters by donating $50 for a gift basket.

Dinner will be served buffet style on the first floor of the Athletics Dining Facility. While the menus won't be released beforehand, each menu will be created to match the meet's corresponding theme, with specific kid-friendly options available, as well.
