Meet Our 2022 Scholarship Recipients!

The CrimsonAti Scholarship Review Committee, along with the National Alumni Association, would like you to meet the recipients of the 2022 Endowed Scholarships! These outstanding Bama Bound students represent the best of the best. Out of hundreds of applications, these students were selected on their merit, academic standing, community service, and financial need. They will be recognized at the Bama Bound Freshman Send-Off, or a similar upcoming chapter event.


Greater Cincinnati Chapter Endowed Scholarship



Justin Andrew Kelch

Congratulations Justin! We are CrimsonAti Proud of this UA freshman from Madeira. A graduate of Madeira High, he competed in both swimming and football. While living in Germany, he was involved in the Boy Scouts of America, eventually becoming an Eagle Scout on his return to the states. His scouting experiences led him to summer camps in Italy and Switzerland. He’s a recipient of the National Community Service award his sophomore, junior and senior years from the United Nations Association. In his senior year, he was a dedicated learning buddy for a first grader, assisting in the classroom. He was a support staff member of the Madeira Athletic Department and often piloted drones. Justin will be majoring in aerospace engineering at WhereLegendsAreMade.




Alexander P. Moody

Alexander is the son of CrimsonAti founders Robin and Brian Moody of Mason. He is a graduate of Mason High School, where he played soccer and basketball, excelling athletically and academically. He was a referee for OHSAA soccer and was a member of the Ohio Elite Soccer Club and Air Kev Elite AAU basketball. His sister Kaylee has a head start on him at Alabama as she is a rising junior. Both siblings will soon be attending WhereLegendsAreMade! Alexander plans to major in business.




Cusick Family Endowed Scholarship


Olivia Hein

Congratulations Olivia! This Seton High School graduate from Cincinnati is the recipient of the Cusick Family Endowed Scholarship. An instructor in martial arts, Olivia also played soccer and was a member of the Girl Scouts of Ohio. She has volunteered at Sisters of Charity. She will be majoring in marketing at Alabama, WhereLegendsAreMade. The Cusick Family Endowed Scholarship was established in 2020 by Dr. Brian and Jamie Cusick. Priority consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in the Greater Cincinnati area.
