Freshman Sendoff Highlights


A great turnout.

Our Bama Bound Freshman Sendoff was a big success on Saturday, August 3rd, at Heritage at Miami Bluffs, Maineville, OH. Our hosts were Cynthia and Tim Gevedon.


The Sendoff is a collaborative effort between UA Admissions, CrimsonAti and Roll Tide Ohio (Columbus). Kelly Watson is the UA Recruiter for this region of Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. Eddie Bogdanovicz is the President of CrimsonAti.

Half of the students have either the Presidential Scholarship or National Merit Finalist Scholarship. 3 of them scored a 36 on the ACT.

The venue was put together by our Crew of volunteers. CrimsonAti Scholarship Recipients

We awarded two scholarships at the Sendoff. From left: Eddie Bogdanowicz (President), Jarrett Payne (Greater Cincinnati and Cusick Family Scholarshp recipient), Jaida Herzog (License Plate Scholarshp recipient), Jim Anderson (Scholarship Committee chair). Recipients of the Rodrigue Family Scholarship and Cusick Family Scholarship will be recognized at the tailgate.
