Homecoming Tailgate Recap
That's Josiah, our lucky winner of two tickets to the Texas A&M-Bama game. He was accompanied by his parents. Many of our tailgaters travel many miles to a Bama game.
The weather was perfect and we had well over 200 attend our Texas A&M lHomecoming tailgate. The parade went right by our tent. We really enjoyed the National Alumni Association's float. Nacho Alabamo was on that float. We are his offocial headquarters.
Chef Daniel Anderson and assistant smoked and grilled some delicios steak bites with smoked cream cheese. After that, they grilled 100 hot dogs for Skyline coneys. The smell attracted many neighboring tailgaters.
VP Shannon McAffry-Davidson made some smores brownies, various snacks, and some sliders that disappeared fast. She also brought individual bags of Grippo's BBQ chips. Virginia Mapes made some brownies and the yellow hammers along with the hot Slkyline/goetta dip.
Lou Mays brought some Graeter's ice cream and our Columbus folks brought Ale8. We had plenty of eat (thanks to everyone that brought food) and drink (Cincy beer was popular).
Here are a few photos from the day. Photos provided by Lou Mays and Jill Wojno.
The flowers were donated by a local florist that has joined CrimsonAti. We noticed more UA students in attendance and they stayed and networked before the game.
Our tailgaters came from all over the country. We had one visitor from Montana, several from Wisconsin, Kentucky, Florida, Louisiana, and of course Ohio.

Our next tailgate will be for the Chattanooga early 11:00 a.m. kickoff. We have plenty of tickets to the game @$20 each. It's a good deal! Thanks for all of your support.
